The On-the-Day Coordination Package
Made for couples who have planned their majority of their wedding day (including supplier bookings, décor & details and the guest experience),
but are looking for a wedding expert to take over on the day itself. Our On-the-Day Coordination begins three weeks prior to your wedding day, where our RYE team will take care of the smaller (yet still significant) elements in the lead-up to and throughout the day. From greeting suppliers upon arrival to ensuring your decorations are displayed impeccably, our On-the-Day Coordinators will seamlessly handle every element in a professional and efficient manner.
When you book our On-the-Day Coordination, Liesel will be your right-woman so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding day as it unfolds – without a worry in the world. You’ll be spoilt with our detailed checklist, unrivalled support and carefully curated supplier recommendations. All that’s left for you to do is to experience the most incredible celebration of your life – with a glass of champagne in hand, of course!
